In our two decades of crafting top-tier gear for watersports enthusiasts, we've encountered remarkable individuals and absorbed invaluable insights. From these experiences, we've curated a three-day total immersion adventure like no other.
Led by our co-founders Cindy and Zenon Issel, alongside expert guest instructors from our network, this experience promises an unforgettable journey.
Day 1 - Arrival: Guests are welcomed with optional airport pickup (for those not renting cars), followed by arrival at the Double Shaka Farm, also known as Surf-fur Headquarters. Upon check-in to the O'hana, a private oasis boasting stunning ocean views, guests receive a warm orientation to the island and a preview of the upcoming days.
O'hana: An exclusive retreat nestled amidst lush banana trees and verdant vegetation. Featuring a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette.
Day 2:
Morning Ritual:
- Rise at 5 am
- Meditation and mental centering
- Sauna & Cold Plunge
Followed by:
- Breakfast
- Introduction to Freediving Afternoon:
- Excursion to a local dive site for beginner Freediving Evening:
- Wind down with delectable fish tacos and homemade banana bread.
Day 3:
Morning Ritual:
- Early start at 5 am
- Meditation and mental alignment
Follow by:
- Underwater rock running exercise at Kua Bay
- Return to Shaka Farm for a leisurely late breakfast
- Yoga and breathwork sessions
- Evening: Relaxation before heading to Holualoa for dinner.
Day 4:
Morning Ritual:
- Commence the day at 5 am
- Meditation and mental alignment
Follow By:
- Venture for a scenic waterfall hike
- Enjoy a late breakfast
- Final Freedive discussions before the ultimate session with Giant manta rays Late Afternoon:
- Return for refreshment and relaxation
- Free time for three hours before a concluding dinner at Shaka Farm.
Participants have the option to stay at Shaka Farm for the night of Day 4 and an additional night, totaling five nights. Additional nights may be available upon inquiry.
*This endeavor aims to challenge individuals to expand their learning and personal development through the adoption of novel techniques. These methods will facilitate a fresh outlook on morning routines and mental perspectives, while also fostering a deeper comfort with the ocean and exploring new opportunities.
**Participants should possess a foundational comfort level with ocean activities, including snorkeling at minimum. The immersive experience necessitates participants to arrive equipped for hiking, yoga, swimming, and freediving. For those lacking the necessary gear, arrangements can be made to connect them with a suitable store to procure the required equipment.
