Surf-fur guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product we make will stand up to the use for which it was designed. All products are under warranty for one year from original date of purchase for workmanship and materials.

This does not cover damages due to improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. 

Our fleece, like most synthetics, will melt or burn if exposed to flame or direct heat. They are not flame-resistant. Do not use them near any direct source of heat/flame.

If you would like to return an item within the first 60 days for an exchange or full refund, You will need to submit full product photos during the return process. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless you have purchased the Redo Return Coverage.
